Shipping
We hand deliver all orders ourselves, carefully packed and prepared in either a box, gift bag or gift wrapped. This means all your plants and gifts arrive in perfect condition every time. Unfortunately it also means we can't deliver outside of Sydney at this stage.
We currently offer hand delivery for all orders within 40km of Sydney city for a flat rate of $15.
If your outside the 40km area we can't currently get to you but check back regularly as we are extending our range.
Shipping is added automatically at checkout and will be Hand Delivered within 4 days, including on weekends. You can also request a particular day in the notes section of your shopping cart and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you are not home and there is no safe place to leave your order we will call you if you have provided a number or email you with instructions on how to rebook your delivery.

Click & Collect
We offer a click & collect service from our shopfront at 81 Allen St Leichhardt. Pick up hours are from 9am to 2pm Saturday, 10am to 2pm Sunday. We are currently closed Monday to Friday.
Returns (Online Orders Only)Plants are tricky to return because they are a perishable item. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your plants, please send us an email at agnursery@bigpond.com or give us a call on 0408 083 640 and we will help you find a solution.
Refunds (Online Orders Only)
If you aren't happy with your plants, we will refund them within 7 days of purchase. Please make sure the plant is in the same condition as when it was delivered and we will arrange a pick up time. Please send us an email at agnursery@bigpond.com or give us a call on 0408 083 640.
